DFW Play Guide

About the guide

How we check
public play.

A building can be open while the playground is booked for a private party. We check whether a family can actually visit.

Reading a listing

01 / Hours

Start with the date.

Date checked means the venue’s calendar, booking form or dated notice covered that day. Usual hours means the operator posted a recurring schedule. No public session means the calendar or notice did not offer public play.

02 / Prices

Check the family total.

A dated rate comes from the selected date or session. A posted rate comes from the venue’s price list. A starting price is a minimum and can vary by time. Look for adult admission, socks, taxes and fees in the listing.

03 / Booking

Go to the source.

Each listing links to the operator or its booking provider. An entry range shows the first and last available start times seen when checked. Sessions can sell out or change after publication.

The November 7–8 edition was checked November 2, 2026. All times are local to Dallas–Fort Worth.
