DFW Play Guide

Frisco visitor guide

Play Street Museum Frisco

The Frisco museum’s Town Square setting turns everyday places into pretend-play exhibits. Children can move between a doctor’s office, pet shop, fire station and grocery store, with a train table providing another shared activity. Play sessions are reserved rather than unlimited all-day admission.

What to expect

Town-square pretend-play museum

  • Town Square exhibits include a doctor’s office, pet shop and fire station.
  • A grocery store and large interactive train table offer additional pretend play.
  • Rotating Discovery Rug exhibits and monthly activities change the learning themes.

Admission and family costs

Regular admission is published at $16 per child ages 1–8. Parents and guardians are free. Older and younger siblings are free only when accompanying a paying sibling; check the selected ticket’s current limits.

Frisco · Free library learning and play spaces

Tot’s Town and Kid’s Club

Frisco Public Library separates early-childhood play in Tot’s Town from school-age activities in the adjacent Kid’s Club. It is an active-learning setting with age-specific materials rather than an admission-based play gym. Entry can involve a waitlist, so allow flexibility around busy periods.

Ages & eligibility · Tot’s Town is for birth through age 5. The neighboring Kid’s Club is for kindergarten through grade 5. An adult accompanies children.

Frisco · Indoor play café and soft play

Wonderkids Frisco

Wonderkids combines an indoor play structure, toddler and soft-play areas, and an arts-and-crafts wall with a café. Families can compare a two-hour ticket with an all-day option. Arcade games and claw machines use separately purchased cards rather than being included in play admission.

Ages & eligibility · The open-play ticket covers ages 10 months–10 years, with separate crawler pricing. Ask about the overlapping 10-month boundary before booking.

Frisco · Indoor slides, air courts and junior play area

Slick City Frisco

Slick City is an indoor action park focused on slides and air courts, with a separate Junior Jungle option for younger children. The age and height rules matter when comparing tickets for siblings: a junior ticket is not access to all the big slides.

Ages & eligibility · Action Tickets are for ages 4 and older. Junior Tickets are for ages 3 and under. Junior Jungle users must be under 45 inches tall.
